our process
01.
Submit Architects Drawings
Send across Architectural Layouts to be used for the design, we will confirm the quote and send across a the formal agreement.
Time: 24 hours
02.
Structural Design
The structural design and drawings are produced. These can be used but are subject to to site survey.
Time: 48 hours
03.
Site Survey
A short photographic survey is undertaken by one of our team to confirm the design.
Time: 1 week or less (within the M25)
04.
Final drawings and report for Building Control
The final package is completed, including drawings, calculations, and specifications for Tender and Building Control use.
Time: 24 hours following survey
05.
Support through Tender and Construction
Our team will support the Client and Site team with queries during the project.
